Build
If you don’t already have land to build on, you can choose from one of our lots or Kevin can use his real estate radar to find a lot for you. When it comes time to build, Kevin uses only subcontractors he’s completely vetted and trusts enough to build his own home!

Kevin Currie has loved to build things since he was a kid. With an electrician dad who was very hands-on, the family did all of their own work around the house. After school or on weekends, Kevin could be found mixing concrete, laying stone and building his first structure (a garage) at age 14. After college, he even worked in construction for a while and recalls picking up a house, turning it sideways, digging a basement for it and then setting it back down. (Obviously, that project left a lasting impression!)
During the years he’s owned real estate agency, Kevin Currie Group, in the Greater Richmond area, he’s learned exactly what buyers are looking for in a home. Using that knowledge, he decided to try his hand at building a custom home that met those needs. That first home sold quickly and Kevin, who loved the process, decided to continue leveraging his insight into the real estate market, passion for building and pent-up creativity to offer his clients one more way to find a home that was perfect for them.
